Important — Government programmes never require an intermediary, a fee, or a payment in order to release a benefit. If a third party asks you for money to "release" or "expedite" a payment, it is a fraud.
مهم — لا تتطلّب البرامج الحكومية أي وسيط أو رسوم أو مدفوعات مقابل صرف المستحقات، وأي جهة تطلب مالاً مقابل «الإفراج» عن المستحقات إنما تمارس الاحتيال.

Avoiding fraud
التحذير من الاحتيالNone of the official programmes will ever ask you for: an upfront fee to release a benefit; your online banking password or a one-time code; payment in gift cards or cryptocurrency; or your personal documents through an unofficial chat channel. If you are asked for any of these, do not provide them, and report it to the UAE authorities.
لا تطلب البرامج الرسمية إطلاقاً: رسوماً مقدّمة مقابل صرف المستحقات، أو كلمة مرور الخدمة المصرفية، أو رمز التحقق لمرة واحدة، أو الدفع ببطاقات الهدايا أو العملات الرقمية، أو إرسال مستنداتك عبر قنوات محادثة غير رسمية. وإذا طُلب منك شيء من ذلك، فلا تقدّمه، وأبلغ الجهات المختصّة في الدولة.
